Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Seasons of You app and this website, made by Micah Nolte (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it.
Your photos are yours
You keep all rights to your photos and the films you make. The app works on them on your device; we don’t receive them and claim no rights to them. Please only use photos you have the right to use, and share films of other people’s children only with their parents’ permission.
Premium
Some features need Premium, a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple handles payment, Family Sharing and refunds, under Apple’s terms. If you get a new iPhone, restore Premium from Settings › Restore purchases in the app.
Keep your own copies
The app keeps working copies of the photos you add, and saves new portraits to your photo library. We recommend iCloud Backup or another backup of your iPhone. We aren’t responsible for photos lost if a device is lost, reset or damaged.
No warranty
We work hard on the app, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Automatic alignment won’t be perfect for every photo; you can adjust any photo by hand.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
