Where are my photos kept?

On your iPhone, in the app’s own storage. New portraits you take are also saved to your photo library in an album called “Seasons of You”. Nothing is uploaded to us.

I can’t find my child’s older photos.

Seasons of You can only see photos in the Photos app on this iPhone. If you use iCloud Photos, check it’s turned on in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Photos and has finished syncing. Photos kept somewhere else, like Google Photos, need to be saved to the Photos app first.

A photo lined up on the wrong person.

Open the journey’s menu, choose Edit, tap the photo, then tap Face and choose your child’s face. You can also drag, pinch and rotate any photo to adjust it by hand.

I have a new iPhone. How do I keep my journeys?

Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one; your journeys come with it. Then restore Premium from Settings › Restore purchases in the app.

How do I turn off anonymous usage counts?

In the app, open Settings and turn off Share anonymous usage. See the privacy policy for exactly what they include.
